Come one come all, to the Bridgerton ball. Her Majesty requires your presence for the spring season.

The Queen’s Ball: A Bridgerton Experience, which is hosted by Shondaland, Netflix, and events producer Fever, is the first live event of its kind, bringing the streaming hit and book series to Los Angeles (at a secret location) in March 2022. Tickets go on sale Sept. 16 at 9 a.m.

“In an effort to break through the boundaries of storytelling, Shondaland is proud to provide audiences on a global scale with curated experiences transcending beyond their viewer experience,” says Sandie Bailey, Shondaland’s chief design and digital media officer, in a statement.

The queen has provided a variety of activities to entertain her guests for this event and is sparing no expense. Attendees can head to Madame Delacroix’s modiste for a transformation in Regency-era London style. Pick up silk gowns, gloves, and more to impress your courtiers and steal the show. Even though there is no dress requirement, guests are highly encouraged to come in costume. If worthy, you can win the Queen’s favor to be named the season’s “diamond of the season.”

The show’s second season is currently filming and is likely to be released in early 2022, just in time for the live event. The immersive soiree will also take place in Chicago, Montreal, and Washington, D.C.

If you have already endured the courting process and you’re lucky enough to have a partner on your arm, you can get your portrait taken at the underground Regency-era Painting Studio. Strike a regal pose and model for a masterpiece fitting enough to hang in your great hall.

You’ll be dancing the night away as the night also will feature a string quartet that will play pieces inspired by the Bridgerton soundtrack. Simultaneously, two acrobatic performers will share a love story through dance. (If you are deemed fitting enough, you may even have the chance to participate in the performance yourself.)

For this event, you’ll want to leave the kids at home. The Queen’s ball requires that all guests be 21 or older. Timed tickets are available at $49 per person and can be purchased here.
